Fullstack Javascript Developer (Angular/NestJS)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting and developing, documenting scalable web APIs with Node.js / TypeScript.
  • Supporting and developing user interfaces using Angular web framework.
  • Testing and debugging applications, implementing written tests as part of CI/CD pipeline.
  • Interacting with different types (NoSQL, RDBs) of data sources with Node.js.
  • Implementation of security and data protection.
  • Other position-related duties.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS FOR CANDIDATES

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript(ES6) / Node.js / TypeScript.
  • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) with JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with Angular web framework.
  • Experience with NestJs, Express, Fastify, Sails or any other Node.js based framework.
  • Experience with version control software such as GIT.

 

DESIRABLE SKILLS FOR CANDIDATES

  • Experience with Jest or any other testing frameworks.
  • Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.
  • Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and tools such as JIRA.
  • Understanding of Docker, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Argo CD and etc.).
