As the Head of Retention at Entain Baltics & Nordics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our player retention strategy. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance player engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value. Develop, own and drive a comprehensive player retention strategy that includes personalized marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and player engagement initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing retention team, setting clear goals and KPIs for individual and team performance.
Analyze player data and behavior to identify opportunities for improving retention rates and player satisfaction.
Generate regular reports to monitor, evaluate and improve the effectiveness of retention initiatives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted and effective retention campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, in-app messaging, and push notifications.
Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to maximize the effectiveness of retention initiatives.
Monitor and report on key retention metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Work closely with the product development team to identify and prioritize features and improvements that enhance the player experience and increase retention.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in player retention.
Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role, ideally within the online entertainment, e-commerce or online gaming industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret player data and draw actionable insights.
Experience managing and leading a team, with a focus on coaching and development.
Proficiency in using retention tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding retention targets.
Self-motivated, innovative thinker with a strong problem-solving mindset.
Passion for the iGaming industry and a deep understanding of player preferences and motivations.
