SOCIAL MEDIA LEAD FOR THE BALTIC & NORDIC REGION
Are you a creative strategist who lives and breathes social media? Do you have the leadership skills to guide local teams and the cultural insight to engage diverse audiences? We’re looking for a Social Media Lead to shape and execute our regional social strategy across Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Sweden, and Finland for brands including Ninja Casino, Optibet, Laimz, and more.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and lead the overarching social media strategy for the Baltic & Nordic markets, in collaboration with local brand teams.
- Manage and support local Social Media Managers/Executives, ensuring strong execution, alignment, and innovation across all channels.
- Oversee content creation, calendar planning, influencer campaigns, and community engagement across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Ensure cultural relevance and tone of voice in each market, adapting content to local nuances and trends.
- Contribute to content ideation and short-form video creation, occasionally appearing on camera for pan-regional content.
- Track performance metrics, oversee reporting, and adjust strategy based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate closely with the wider design, creative, and brand managers teams, acting as the go-to expert on all things social.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in Latvian or Estonian (spoken and written) and English. Knowledge of Russian is a plus.
- Proven experience in leading social media strategy across multiple markets or brands.
- Hands-on experience in content production, influencer marketing, and platform management.
- Strong understanding of Baltic and Nordic culture, trends, and digital habits.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to manage and inspire a team.
- Experience with analytics tools and ability to translate insights into action.
- Familiarity with the entertainment, iGaming, or betting industry is a plus.
