BRAND MANAGER
Job responsibilities:
- Orchestrating and implementing impactful ATL marketing, brand activation, and sales campaigns.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to provide essential resources for various initiatives, including website enhancements, engaging social media strategies, and influencer partnerships.
- Review and rewrite campaigns if needed, ensure brand consistency, act as the main connection point between Communications, Product, Retention and other teams.
- Supporting acquisition and retention teams to drive growth and improve customer loyalty.
- Reviewing the website to ensure clarity, alignment with brand standards, and an optimal user experience.
- Staying informed on local market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to provide valuable insights to the organization.
- Ensuring all content and products align with our brand ethos, adhere to local regulatory standards, and resonate with our audience. This includes creative copywriting and innovative campaign ideation.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to define product competitiveness and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Managing budgets effectively and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
Our expectations:
- Proven experience in brand management or marketing; experience in the iGaming industry is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Native-level fluency in Estonian with excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Understanding of affiliate marketing, with knowledge of the gambling market as a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently with a self-motivated, results-driven approach.
- Effective negotiation skills and strong attention to detail, especially in contract management and understanding of local legislative contexts.
- Ability to identify and collaborate with streamers and influencers.
