I’ve been working within Customer Support all my life. I’ve tried other routes, but yet kept coming back, as there was no other occupation where I could feel such dynamics and energy. It's weird but I love ’difficult’ cases and customers (the more difficult the better). I see them as a challenge and I get overly excited when I have to deal with one personally.
In the Customer Support department, you evolve and learn from others. My team and my people are the most patient, resilient, diligent and hardworking. They keep me motivated and fascinated about my job every day. I am also happy that here, at Entain I can help my team members progress further in their careers, as we have various departments where each individual can find something they could be interested in.
