I have been working in Klondaika for almost 5 years and I am calling Klondaika as my second home and my colleagues as my second family. During these years, I have been a director of several Klondaika branches and currently I am managing three of them. I am very proud and grateful to have been nominated as the best employee of the 2nd quarter of 2022!

One of the most important tasks in my daily life is constant movement, quick and efficient response to events, ensuring constant operation of the bar and the gaming hall. I love working in Klondaika because here I find everything that my heart desires: dynamic environment, excitement, passion, celebration, meeting friends and colleagues. Work is like celebrating life! I am a person for whom work is one of the most important things in life - responsibility, loyalty, gratitude and appreciation are the main things I want to give and receive and working in Klondaika gives me the opportunity to enjoy all of them.

I have always loved learning so this year I am in my second year of a PhD in law. I am sure that life is about constantly growing and developing and gaining knowledge. I can say that I am very happy with our team and management with whom it is easy and pleasant to work with. Motivation, achieving goals and efficient use of resources are the main things that help me work and that I want to pass on to my employees.
