Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative development and visual improvement of casino products (UI/UX);
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align visual strategies with business and branding goals;
• Supervise the content, ensuring high-quality of visuals and timely updates;
• Develop visual concepts and oversee their implementation across web projects;
• Provide direction on content presentation, ensuring it is visually appealing and engaging for users;
• Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and implement best practices in web design and user experience;
• Review and approve design drafts, ensuring consistency with the brand and project requirements;
• Analyse user behaviour and feedback to make data-driven improvements to visual content and design elements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Creative Manager or similar role in web or digital products;
• Strong understanding of design principles, UI/UX, and web development basics (HTML/CSS);
• Knowledge of marketing principles and the role of design in driving user engagement;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration;
• Ability to think strategically and creatively, solving design and content challenges effectively;
• Portfolio showcasing previous work and successful project outcomes.
