We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic Klondaika team. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping Klondaika culture, attracting and retaining top talent, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all our employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Coaching and support of operations leaders.
• HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies, yearly budget planning, remuneration budget planning and control.
• HR Policies and Procedures: Create, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company strategy and goals.
• Training and Development: Identify training and development needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• HR Analytics: Track and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire talent. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of HR experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with all levels of the organisation.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Latvian and English.
• B category driving license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Preferred: Experience and knowledge in the Retail or iGaming industry.
• Preferred: Knowledge about occupational health and safety and fire safety.
