JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting local recruitment processes for mostly Customer Support and Marketing positions, including screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support. Providing guidance to managers on performance feedback, goal setting, and development planning.
• Assisting with the administration of our benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with our company's goals.
• Designing and implementing wellbeing programme and initiatives, such as stress management workshops, physical activity challenges, financial wellbeing resources, and more.
• Staying up-to-date on relevant labor laws and regulations, ensuring our HR practices are compliant. Supporting the team with administrational tasks.
• Supporting and participating in various HR initiatives.
• Maintaining our Human Resources Information System to ensure accurate employee data.

REQUIEREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (4+ years) in a Human Resources role, with demonstrated success in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of Latvian local labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Genuine interest and experience in implementing wellbeing activities will be considered as an advantage.
• Fluency in Latvian and English.
