AML/CFT COMPLIANCE TEAM LEAD
We are seeking a proactive and organised Team Lead to guide the daily operations of our AML/CFT Compliance Analysts team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferred higher education (e.g. law, business, finance);
- Experience in AML/CFT compliance operations;
- Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills;
- Ability to coach, motivate, and support team members;
- Comfortable addressing performance concerns constructively;
- Fluent in English and Latvian (written and spoken);
- Familiarity with the gambling industry is an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and manage analysts’ schedules to ensure full operational coverage;
- Coordinate with Accounting on hours tracking and performance-based bonuses;
- Delegate and monitor daily and weekly tasks across the team;
- Review shift reports and ensure timely task completion;
- Organise team meetings and backlog clean-ups;
- Share relevant updates with the team and communicate cross-departmentally;
- Support implementation of new procedures and ensure team alignment;
- Monitor individual performance based on quality reviews and KPIs;
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members showing performance gaps;
- Initiate structured improvement plans when coaching does not lead to progress;
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance Specialists to ensure consistency and fairness in performance evaluation.
